Hi folks!
My name is Marcelo and I'm an electronic engineer with over than 8 years of experience in R&D, development of embedded systems specially with 8/16 bits micro-controllers like 8051, MSP430, PIC, Freescale, etc.
I have a large experience in firmware development in C. I have a good background in high level programming like C++ (Visual C++), PHP, HTML, C#, Java and SQL databases.
I have also some experience in hardware design mainly in low power designs. I'm used to use Altium, Eagle, Kicad for my designs.
Now I'm moving to 32-bits embedded systems with an OS (Linux, freertos, ucosII). So I have a lot to study! =D At the same time I'll begin my master degree in digital image processing/computer vision at Université Laval in Quebec City. And then, I'm studying FPGA/VHDL because I think that I'll do some work in this area with this technology.
